Bathroom door not closing properly.

cracked tiles in bathroom, dripping shower, smells in the hallway and rooms

That it didn’t have heat they had switched us out to get a heated room.

bathroom light was not working purchased 2 candy bars & neither were fresh lobby back door did not lock. called it to attendant attention & still wouldn’t shut by next morning not one desk attendant was friendly

Very helpful desk clerk. Room clean. Bed super comfortable.

The staff were amazing! I voiced a couple of frustrations to Chris about an amenity that was listed here, but no longer offered at this location and he did not hesitate to accommodate us with another solution that more than made up for it. Amanda made sure our room was immaculate and furnished with all the necessities, and last but certainly not least...Katt whom I am convinced is an absolute saint, went above and beyond to make sure that all of our needs were met and then some...such a genuine and lovely soul! The beds were comfy and our room had plenty of room and seating as well. We were also pleased to wake up to a hot breakfast in the morning in the dining area.

The breakfast was not as advertised in hotel's pictures and pool area did not have hot tub, but breakfast was ok and pool was nice.

Have what was advertised on web site.

BREAKFAST WAS LATE AND I CHOSE TO LEAVE BEFORE IT WAS READY. ON SUNDAY IT IS NOT READY AT 6 AM.

HARD TO CLOSE DRAPES ALL THE WAY TO DARKEN THE ROOM.

great value and super close to the local university.
