Everything looked clean and fresh
I was surprised how much noise I could here in the hallways and from adjacent rooms.

Location, kitchen staff
Not clean, front desk staff somewhat friendly, but not helpful, pool looked dirty.

Breakfast was great. The woman that was reloading the buffet and helping guests was great. She is a huge asset to this hotel. Can't thank her enough for her customer service spirit!

fresh and new looking
the privacy blind in my room would not lower and upon inspection, the ground floor window was unlocked. I didn’t feel safe so I left.

I liked the room and breakfast was awesome!
The coffee was very weak, the shower was barely lukewarm with faucet all the way on hot and the cost.

Saw an employee spraying for bugs in the hallway in middle of day
Saw a huge bug on wall
Bathroom was not very clean
This property was remodeled four years ago and has gone downhill significantly in that time

The employees were so nice !! Very helpful!!! Breakfast was great!!!
The floors were quite dirty. I saw them mop it but it just kept getting dirty. Carpets were not the cleanest.

The beds and pillows are super comfy
The bathroom shower curtain smelled and the ac was way too loud.

Breakfast was great and started early so we could continue our travels. Pool was nice and cool during the 105 degree day!
Bathroom by the pool wasn’t up kept, slightly dirty and ran out of toilet paper. It was same bathroom used during breakfast following morning and wasn’t restocked through the night and we have four kids and had to take them back up to the room to used the bathroom and leave breakfast.
