Great location close to TAMIU and for exploring Laredo area. Nice evening stack and brekky simple but o.k
That the noise of tv’s from other rooms at 11.30pm were very loud.

We were only here a couple of days to visit the college but it was a good experience. The staff was great. The main TV was not working when we arrived to the room. I ask the front desk to look at it while we were out and it was fixed by the time we returned. The room was large comfortable and clean. The breakfast was a full hot breakfast and really good. I would definitely recommend Staybridge for your next stay in Laredo!

The building smelled funny. The fridge in my room made loud noises at night. The pillows were terrible.

We stayed for one night (fortunately), checked in at 8:00pm and left at 5:00am. One bed was literally peed on, smelly and wet. We informed the front desk and they came and changed the sheets, did not even offer to change the room. We asked both the front desk and the housekeeping night staff to tell the manager to give us a call, who never did We chose the hotel due to closeness to airport, and they confirmed there was a shuttle at 5:00am. Got a call at 3:30am from the front desk (which obviously woke us up) to inform us the the shuttle was at 4:30am. We said no they offered a cab instead, we said yes. We finished the checkout and at 5:02am we where boarding the cab. The driver told us that instead of $20 (for a 2 minute 1 mike drive!!) he had to now charge $30 because he had to wait for us. I showed him my watch to show it was only 2 min past 5:00. He forced us to pay. Complete nightware!

There blood stains on the sheets. Yuck. Management needs to ensure no blood borne pathogens.

It was clean and convenient location.
We had a woman enter the hotel premises and into pool area asking for money. It scared my children in the pool . Nobody was at the front desk to see her enter pool area. The front desk attendant needs to be at the front desk to see who and what is going on. We always had to wait for front desk attendant .

We liked the little kitchen in our room.
We were here for 3 nights and never received cleaning services. On our last full day, we called the front desk and the receptionist said cleaning staff left at 3pm. We told them they hadn't cleaned our room once and the front desk man just brought us some clean towels. Idk if COVID affected this, but changes to cleaning services were never mentioned upon check-in.
Other than that, the room was comfortable and we liked the little kitchen in our room, too. The location is also great with lots of food options surrounding the hotel!

I liked that the hotel was pet friendly.
I didn’t like that it was next to a bar/club. The music made it difficult to sleep. Being that the hotel wasn’t very busy, I am disappointed that they didn’t provide us a room on the other-side of the property -knowing there was a club next-door.
