The night went by so fast i wanted to stay an extra night

The rooms were big, the shower pressure was amazing, although they were understaffed the staff was friendly and very helpful. The beds were comfortable.

The shower water was cold, the breakfast wasn't very good, the linens had a funny smell, the phone didn't work. It was very noisy I could hear EVERYTHING going on in the halls and even the person next door using the restroom.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was pleasant, and hotel was quiet and secure.

TV was broken, shower had no warm water, toilet barely flushed, and bed sheets were dirty.

Nice room, clean, the front desk was nice from what I remember. It was easy to find, pleasant sleeping experience.

The curtain situation needs to be addressed, please get black out curtains. In the morning my hangover was intensified due to the sun shining right into the room due to the curtains that did not cover the window.

•Pool is FREEZING cold. Most hotels we’ve stayed at had pool heaters. •No coin dispenser for washer & dryer, which was a bummer because we really needed to wash our clothes. (We stayed Wednesday-Sunday) so we had to drive to a local laundry mat, which did have cheaper prices. •Shower curtain didn’t keep water inside of the tub, the water would always leak through. •Housekeeping didn’t really keep up with emptying out our trash cans or replacing our shower towels, we had to keep asking for more towels & we mostly emptied our own trash cans.

Staff was nice and polite. Breakfast was good and hotel room was clean .

My only complaint is that I didn’t get room service and I stayed 2 nights.

It is right besides the HYW.
