It’s very comfortable, I got a great experience at the hotel.

nothing major, finding the location, where to park etc was not so straightforward

The hotel staff were very friendly, the room was clean and inviting. The onsite restaurant was convenient and delicious. We loved the indoor heated pool and spa.

I added an extra night on our stay through booking.com. I verified this with the front desk and was told everything was set. The next day we were out sledding with bad phone reception when I get a voicemail from the hotel saying we didn't check out and they were asking what to do with our stuff. With no reception I couldn't call them back, so in a panic I drove back to the hotel to make sure they didn't throw our stuff out. It disrupted our plans for the day and it was ultimately an issue with booking.com's website not updating properly but I already talked to the hotel front desk about this so it shouldn't have been an issue. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Staff was amazing. Helped us with accommodation due to road closure. They are amazing. Rooms are very clean and have everything you need. I highly recommend it.

The pool area has poor ventilation for chlorine smell.. Yet everything was really clean and had lots of towels.
