It was close to all Hershey attractions

The floor was sticky, it could of been mopped more often. The tops of the light shades had dust on them and the corners of the floors especially in the bathroom aren’t being cleaned properly.

Very comfy rooms and beds. Good location, close to the park but still a bit out of the major parts of town. Quiet area, quiet building. Front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly! Hopefully they get commended for their efforts and service, made us feel very welcomed.

Parking was minimal, but okay. The bathroom did not have any vents or airflow, which is a preference but with a smaller room, I think it’s important, especially when sharing it with others. Even a small internal fan would be nice. The USB ports on the furniture did not work in my room, but it seems to be common with multiple hotels/chains. Only major issue was with the mini-fridge. It stopped working for a few hours out of nowhere, and we had some food get warm. It eventually worked, but it was still a bit sad to have to toss good food.

Basic budget hotel, clean, has what you need for a short stay staff was fine No complaints

No breakfast or coffee, hot chocolate, etc. Options offered Lobby door, entry to room levels, did not lock: would be better if it could only be accessed w key card

Bathroom was clean the shower head gave me some trouble, but it was ok. The beds were super comfortable, and the location was quiet. The lady at the check-in desk had the place smelling phenomenal right from that I knew it was going to be a great stay.

Just the shower head it was spitting out water everywhere. Other than that, all good.

For under $100 a night and 3 miles from Hersheypark?!.! You can't beat it. Parking lot is mostly covered. Bathroom was small and minimal. Everything else was great.

Great location close to restaurants. Not far from our daughters college in Etown. Clean and comfortable and great price.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. Room was very clean and as expected from pictures. Location was perfect. Very near the hospital.

The room was very clean and spacious. Did not include breakfast but conveniently located to numerous restaurants. Great location to all activities.

I have nothing negative, have used this hotel before.

The bed and sheets smelled like man’s sweat, like it was used. We checked in late so I couldn’t ask for new beddings.
