I had to move twice because technical problems with the rooms Tv

The room was extra clean, the way to get onto the elevator was one of a kind
The area it was in and the people that stood outside of it begging for cigarettes

I wasn't able to get out of my car because the parking lot was unsafe. I reported the situation to booking.com customer service and I haven't heard back. I had to find a different hotel.

It was great close to the event I went for. Had free shuttle bus. Was just what I needed to sleep since I was out most of the time.
Place could been more cleaner like outside and inside building.

Excellent breakfast, friendly staff and a convenient shuttle service within 2 mikes of the hotel.
Waiting for the shuttle for 45 minutes after a miscommunication.

The room size n layout the shower the beds
Underneath the beds was disgusting the first room the shower didn't work so after a very long wait we switched rooms, there was garbage in the halls

Breakfast has went down hill since my first stay in 2020. Under new management hoping it goes back to the way it was
More options. They only had eggs potatoes and sausage. The first time they had pancakes or waffles maker

No hot water, very poorly updated room - huge dent in floor where laminate was put over ridge, dirty bathroom, tv not mounted to wall (but mount is in the wall)
