Rooms were big, kids loved the pools

The room was beautiful with an amazing view. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. My only complaint was the pools and hot tub areas. They need some updating and repair work. The hot tubs were non-functional for the entire trip which was disappointing. But otherwise the Prince resort gets thumbs up from our family.

Check in went in as it was messed up so we went tone room and it was occupied so had to go to another

Location was great, the room had a great view and was very spacious. Had appliances in room. The restaurant was amazing! Friendly staff at both the hotel and restaurant.

Room was not clean! There was mold in the master bathroom in the shower and in the washer. The counter had egg yoke and other stuff on it as if it did not get wiped off at all. The floor was dirty. There was no shower curtain in the one bathroom. The TV in one room didn't change channels tried every remote not that we used it much but at night it's nice to have. There was a hole in the master bedroom wall and the coffee table in the living room was broke I noticed with didn't really bother me but I wouldn't want to get charged for something that was already like that. The master bedroom one door was messed up also and wouldn't lock. Hot tub jets didn't work.

When I booked in, they wanted $250.00 CASH security deposit....for reasons I still do not understand. They told me anyone whom books a room and lives in Brunswick county, NC. Mandatory deposit. I have great credit, was dressed nice, running late due to work, never have stayed at his hotel prior. I'm still baffled!

Very accommodating. All we had to do was text the lobby staff and they fulfilled our requests. Tower 2 was right across the street from the beach with an ocean view from the balcony.

Somebody was beating on our door one night at 3am. It woke everyone up.

staff was excellent, on site. Restaurant was very good and good value. Everything worked room was perfect for our needs.

Cable system for TV kept turning off and had to be reset

The location was okay. I prefer to stay off other end of beach. Not too bad of traffic near hotel tho. I like that it wasn’t too long wait for checking in or waiting on elevators.

I didn’t like that you couldn’t smoke or vape on balcony. I didn’t like that the bath tubs weren’t that clean. The room could have also used a more thorough cleaning.

convenient location

was suppose to check in at 4, room wasn’t ready until almost 5. yes we were “allowed” to use the facilities but we couldn’t unpack or change into bathing suits in order to use them and then we had cockroaches in our unit. the fridge was old and dented and barely kept foods cold. the water kept turning off while showering. the oven smelled like it was burning when we used it. overall definitely not a “deluxe” unit that we paid for
