Time he pillows had yellow stains on them and one with dirt marks. When we went to turn down the bed there was WET spots on the sheets. We both were horrified.

Very bad experience

A few days before my stay I sent 4 emails asking how to find their free shuttle because I can't walk long distances due to car accident injuries but never rec'd any reply, (not even from booking.com) so I spent 1.5 hours being pushed around in a wheel chair at the airport trying to find it. That completely exhausted me and finally had to give up and pay £20 for a taxi. Was put in a room that had someone else's luggage in it. Asked for a wake up call in the morning and didn't get one. Asked for a taxi to be called in the am and they didn't pre-arrange it. Thank god, a taxi arrived in time to get me back to airport in time to catch the bus home. When I told the taxi man about my experience he replied This place is a dump!

Got there about 9am hoping to store our suitcases, as stated in there facilities will store suitcases ?The women at reception so rude she said right out no bags, I pointed out its states bags can be stored I said you can't expect us to take our suitcases around in Boston until 3pm then she said very rudly OK no responsibilities taken leave them by reception .We asked about transport when we arrive this rude person said have to walk to station only to find out later by a very helpful reception Lady that there is a hotel shuttle to station and a bus right outside door . I mention to hotel that we are seniors so no stairs only to find on arrival that there is a flight of stair to get access to hotel so matter what floor on you have to carry you cases up a flight of stairs not easy and no offer to help from staff No hairdryer no coffee also mention on internet, staff talk very loud at night keep you awake stay away from this place only good thing free shuttle
