A internet funcionou e a localização era perto da Universidade de San Diego, onde participei de um congresso. Mas a localização em si do hotel não é boa. Não dá para fazer nada a pé.

Não havia travesseiros de tamanho padrão no quarto; apenas almofadas quadradas (tipo de sofá), o que é péssimo para dormir. Além disso, cheguei no quarto à noite e não havia toalha de banho, somente de rosto. Tive que me secar cim uma toalha de rosto :( Por fim, o quarto tem cheiro de lugar fechado, que não areja e não inspira confiança no que diz respeito à limpeza.

Room was very loud. Little children running outside our room (101) until late hours of the evening.

(from my wife who stayed here) The room was satisfactory. It would have served my needs if the rest wasn't so bad. As it was, the bad things were so bad, I left after only 3 nights into my 7 night stay!

(from my wife who stayed here) The walls are thin! I could hear my neighbor clear his throat, playing video games, watching TV loudly, and having guests in his room until way after 2 am. On the last night I stayed there, someone in some connecting room was smoking marijuana and the smell woke me up! It was strongest in the bathroom, so I am guessing it was coming through the vent. I had to turn on my loud bathroom vent and close the door. It was not cleared and quiet until after 4:30am that night! In addition, I did not feel safe here. I passed 3-4 cars with homeless sleeping in them in the garage, even though the hotel charged $5/night for parking. I had to ignore some unwanted interaction from one man as I was walking from my car to the elevator. Then up in the hallway, a very inappropriate comment from another man. As a single female traveler, I did not feel safe here!

I like that there is a small kitchen in room, pool was clean just a few bees were floating around.

There were some very loud guest playing music most of the night and someone threw trash at our door.

The room was large, with a full kitchen, and the floor was tile. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was adequate, although there was no water in the dispenser.

The place needs a major facelift. The light fixture above the bathroom sink was badly cracked, the corner chair had the bottom lining torn and hanging out, the lighting in the room was poor.

I use to almost love everything, now I have nothing good to say at all👎 Just know you are dealing with unrighteous people, very scandalous, manipulative, cold hearted, malice, vindictiv, narcissistic behavior when dealing with this property just to say the least. This place has severely declined over the last few years☹️🫤😕🙁☹️Think twice before booking a room with this property. You can not say that you have not been warned. These people will con you so quick that you won't even realize that you are being bamboozled 😶🫣😱🧐🫨 These people are money hungry and do not give a damn🤭🆗✅

Nothing!, the kitchens are never clean any more! Every burner or kitchen cooking tops are cracked. Refrigerators are always dirty left unclean, a long with the dishwasher and microwave. They don't allow you to cook but keep in mind that when booking a room prior that you are booking a kitchenette. Pillows are hard. I and my family have awaken to unknown bite marks. Does not give you enough towels or amenities. Breakfast is trash so is the poor housekeeping. Nonchalant, rude ,and arrogant attitudes from all staff. Very unprofessional. Roach infested, A/C and heater unit is usually falling apart. Very sketchy area, high traffic, loitering in the parking lot, Your safety should be prioritize on any hotel property but in this case you are more pron to illegal activity just to say the least. You are definitely at high risk when considering to do any business with this property l. Everything under the sun is questionable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was me and my fiance's birthday we have been planning for a while that we wanted to get a reasonably nice hotel we've been to your hotel before in the past so the fact that we were able to get to hotel for such a reasonable price again was so great to us because we absolutely love the view and the room overall was great not to mention the staff was super kind and nice they answered all my questions I was really worried I was going to be able to pay with cash because the customer service line I called for all the hotels I was asking for was giving me a lot of hassle confusion so when I actually just booked the room and called myself the staff committee was really nice both in the morning and in the evening and the maintenance people were very nice as well and so was the housekeeping they came immediately whenever we needed anything or had any questions.

We got booked on the third floor for the second time it is kind of a hassle going up all those steps but in the same side kind of needed to exercise and the good part was ironically we got the same room that we got for our last anniversary so it's kind of sentimental to us so the only bad thing was the stairs but honestly I could use the exercise lol
