There was one woman there who was VERY rude and hung up the phone on my husband when all he did was call down to ask a question. I also called to ask about checkout time and she was rude to me as well. Sad considering it was a nice place and good location

Overpriced for horrible rooms with stiff beds, no room service even though the room phone says there is room service. No shuttle to the convention center. Thin walls to easily here adjacent rooms.

The bartenders were outstanding Nichole and Becky. I would come back just for those two alone.

I want to specially thank Ms Sylwia Kuznia for being so helpful and solving an issue we had. If it wasn’t for her our stay at Hyatt Rosemont wouldn’t have been the same. it is nice to know there are still people that really do make your life easier.

Service wasn't the greatest

The people were nice. The hotel is across from a casino, but it wasn't a rowdy group stying there.

I chose this hotel specifically because I had a flight arriving late into O'Hare airport, which is ten minutes away from this hotel The explanation of this hotel on booking.com says it has an airport shuttle service. I was counting on that. Then the hotel sent me a notice saying that the shuttle wouldn't be running after 9:00pm, so I wouldn't be able to use it. I called to verify. It was impossible to get through to customer service, took 5 tries. I finally got a person who told me that indeed the shuttle didn't run at 10:30 when I expected to be ready to go to the hotel. So I got a taxi. It cost $16.00 for a ten-minute ride with no traffic late on a Saturday night. Hotels that have shuttles with limited service should make potential guests aware of the limited times their shuttles run. In addition, the hotel charged me the entire amount of the one-night stay at the time of booking and called it a deposit. Hyatt used to be a good brand, but I have shared this unpleasant experience with every frequent traveler I know - beware of misleading information on the booking.com website.

If only US hotels could work out that not everyone is from the USA. People in other countries drink tea, please can you actually provide proper tea without having to chase it down and milk, not the rubbish in environmentally unfriendly inadequate tiny plastic tubs. Other than the tea it was everything we needed.

Probably a much better hotel than many of the fancier places in Rosemont. Great hotel team & teamwork.

Shuttle to/from O’ Hare can be much better. Or at least, offer the option of longer (later-running) Chicago CTA station pick-up.
