The room was fantastic. We loved it and would definitely choose the same room again.
All the amenities in the room was exceptional.
And the view was fabulous
Not sure why you are lead unknowingly to speak to Guest services when it’s a lady trying to sell you a timeshare.
This needs to be a different approach.

Large comfortable junior suit with Fantastic view of the Sphere
No bottled water in the room

Rooms are spacious and perfect for family of 4. Great location and great staff.
It appears making a reservation through booking.com you get the worst rooms in the resort. We were on the 5th floor with the garage blocking any view. People in the garage can look into your room. The lights from the garage were bright and shining through on us throughout the night. Would never book this hotel again through booking.com. We asked to be moved, and there was no available rooms. Staff told us that if you go through booking.com this is what you get.

Perfect location just off strip. Direct access to shops restaurant. Great fireworks display from room for NYE.

Given a room less that did not have the amenities that were advertised. No understanding from the staff or booking. Room reeked of bacon.

Fantastic hotel. The location was great. Very central on the Strip. The view of the Eiffel Tower and Sphere was great. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was a great size and had excellent facilities (fridge, microwave). Would definitely stay here again. Parking in the Miracle Mile shopping centre was also plentiful and easy to use for the hotel.

On check-in then referred to a side desk which in the end revealed itself as shameless selling; of some sort of hard sell for Hilton time share in return for cash vouchers:
Really affected our stay and our resolve to steer clear in future.
Also mean spirited complex jumping from hoops required using vouchers for water or filter coffee at Starbucks instead of supplying water which is basic in most hotels.

I had a nice view of the sphere and the vegas eiffel tower. A short walk away was the walgreens and there was a mall nearby. However the only way I could find on to the street you had to go through the car park and there was no pavement due to roadworks etc.
This hotel was advertised as having a pool, it didn't have one that was open, I wouldnt have stayed there if I had known that. weirdly housekeeping didn't come every day. it was very, very expensive for something so basic. The bed wasn't particularly comfortable and the refreshments weren't refreshed. I am a tea drinker and there was no kettle in the room. The hotel was at time full of louts and the lobby could be very noisy. on arrival we had travelled and wanted food. despite being listed as having a restaurant there wasnt one and the clerk who checked us in said there was no where to get food or a beer. we did find somewhere on our own but felt that he could have been more knowledgeable.

Great location. Chill place and quiet. The staff was very helpful.
Not a lot of young people. Also a good thing though.

Nichts. Alles war super.

Great location, comfy bed, we had good sleep. One bedroom suite was spacious, was handy to have washing machine. Starbucks downstairs, we got breakfast there every morning.
Check in was fine, girl seem didn’t quite know what she was doing, had to call the other staff member from the other desk few times, which is fine, she was probably starting new job, except when our room wasn’t serviced for the first 3 days we were told that we opted out for the housekeeping when checking in, which wasn’t true. No one asked me anything about housekeeping.
When we got into our room the couch bed wasn’t made for our 12 year old. I have never experienced it before, that I have to make my own bed in the hotel!!! And after traveling for more than 24 hours, arriving at 11pm local time, but 6 am for us, the last thing I want is make beds. I rang reception and they told me to make the bed myself and that everything I need was in the closet!!! There was a pack with the pillow, some sort of mattress cover and a ugly synthetic blanket instead of duvet. I rang reception again and requested a duvet as it was quite cold in the room and my son would be freezing under that blanket, so some sort of rag was delivered to the room (photos attached). Sleeping with air conditioning on to heat the room wasn’t an option as it was loud as a lawnmower…
Also hotel is literally a building site currently due to preparation for Formula 1. If you think you can chill at the pool - forget about it. Constant drilling and hammering is not it. I know hotel can do nothing about it, but maybe all this should reflect in the price. No way I would come here again and stay at Hilton during formula 1.
Other thing that really annoyed us was no WiFi. We really suspect that they actually turn it off from around 11am till 6pm everyday. And our data wouldn’t work in the room. Just crazy stuff, when ring reception they either don’t answer or tell you that they are working on it. Our son was really looking forward to catch up with his friends on the other side of the world while they were still awake, but WiFi wouldn’t work.
Las Vegas is fabulous, Hilton - not so much.

Loved being on the 53rd floor and loved the bed. It was great having a sofa and nice to have a refrigerator and microwave.
Liked the security.
Would like to have had both rooms closer together. Would rather have had just a shower as it wasn't easy getting in and out of the tub.

The room was clean and spacious. The kitchen made a big difference. Our son is a wheelchair user and has a lot of extra needs, so often things are t quite right or we have to move furniture around, but this room was perfect
The pool area could have more umbrellas for shade and the cabanas more affordable

Good location
Check-in took too long.
The construction site noise was too loud and noisy.
