There was a good atmosphere at the hotel. Staff were lovely and very helpful. We enjoyed the free brownies from the shop. The room was a good size and clean. Great to have a fridge in the room that wasn’t filled with minibar goods.

The breakfast was expensive with limited choice. The tea and coffee in reception was cleared away at 10am which I think is too early.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. In Laufweite zum Fisherman’s Wharf, North Beach und zur Cable Car Station. Happy Hour (Wein und Bier for free) war Weltklasse.

Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Hotel müsste mal wieder renoviert werden.

Near Fisherman’s Wharf and good seafood. Convenient pick-up points for wine tours. Nice deco and comfortable rooms.

While providing bathrobes, should also have bathroom slippers.

Great location

Our shower/tub didn’t drain well and even after staff came to fix it, it continued to fill up when showering. We also had issues with our tv wifi connection that took awhile to resolve on our check in day. I made sure to communicate this to staff but there seemed to be no care or concern for us as guests. For the price we paid for our 4 day stay, we were quite disappointed in our overall experience.

Central location, close to car hire and we’ll kept friendly hotel. Excellent restaurant and additional bonuses like happy hour.

Not the fault of the property but found Fisherman’s Wharf to be really tacky and touristy.

Comfy bed, ironing board and iron worked well, centrally located to restaurants and sightseeing.

Didn’t like that my room overlooked the trash bins and had literally no view of anything else.

Location was perfect, clean, extremely friendly staff. They also provided us baby bath, not only baby crib.

The breakfast coupons (50 dollar) didn’t cover the full breakfast (it was perfect and large). AC was a bit loud but we turned it off.

All was great!

The room was clean, great strong shower, nice soaps, good beds and overall nice hotel which is located perfectly. We got $10/day to spend on beverages or snacks from the little shop in the lobby.

Staff was arrogant (or 'fake friendly' as you could call it) and one guy was even rude. It is not a cheap hotel, especially when you pay a lot for parking, so we expect everybody to be friendly or polite at least. Staff needs training.

Excellent location at Fishermans Wharf. Convenient for everything touristy in San Francisco. We loved having a record player and a good vinyl selection plus a few beers at happy hour every day. Staff are very warm, very friendly and very helpful.

No ice on 3rd floor, only 4th and 5th

Location. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The air-conditioning was extremely noisy. I could not sleep well. The corridors look outdated.

Perfect location at Fisherman’s wharf and short walk to Pier 39.

Rooms were well laid out and comfortable. Check-in was seamless. Staff were friendly and facilities were clean

It’s clean and renovated. It’s good location. The gym was small but machines were new and in good condition.

They charged us extra for “amenities”. So keep in mind you will end up paying more than what you’re supposed to pay when you book. Room is really tiny and lacks some basics like microwave or coffee machine.

Location was great! Loved having full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Liked credit given for each day stayed.

Power was off on July 5th for several hours. Elevator was broken. No iron or laundry bags in the room. No free shuttle to airport.
