Gerald at the Font Desk was Super Helpful and Very Sweet! The Amount of Space in the King Suite is Amazing! Full Fridge , plenty of counter space, table, sitting area, etc! There were supplies already there in the kitchen, and the freezer had an ice maker, which was awesome ! Each bedroom had its own private bathroom, which was great with our kids and their friends. Beds were comfy. Super close to Universal, we drove both days and it was easy to and from routes! Couldn't believe how affordable the Suite was! Wish we could've stayed longer! We will be back !!

Parking was the only issue we had. We circled the grounds for 10 minutes and were unsure where the overflow of parking was supposed to go. We eventually waited out someone leaving.

La ubicación . Salida rápida hacia distintos accesos.

Muy ruidosos, el aire acondicionado y la heladera. No había jabón para lavar platos. Ni para el lavaplatos ni para la pileta. Poca presión de agua. Equipamiento pobre. Las sábanas y el cubrecama estaban gastados. Pésima la almohada.

Location was excellent, staff accommodating, space was adequate.

Excellent location, right next to a bus stop and lots of restaurants and nightlife. Staff were very friendly and helpful. One bedroom suite was a great “home from home” with lots of space. Pool and jacuzzi were good too.

Pillows were a bit uncomfortable and the air con a bit noisy but at least there was some!

O colchão è muito mole.| A janela do nosso quarto ficava virada para o corredor. Então Precisávamos ficar 100% do tempo com as cortinas fechadas.
