I actually liked the entire stay!

Resident in room above me was somewhat noisy.

The rooms were a great size and very clean.

With no warning, we were charged a parking fee and they put a hold on my card of $150 for security fees without letting me know as well as charging my card for the room cost. When I called to ask why I had a double charge, the staff was very rude and told me to wait a few days and I’ll get my money back……

They allow dogs.

My room reeked of smoke and they didn't offer me another room or any other compensation.

Spacious and nice

The bath tub was having problems, water not draining and stuck . Tell the staff no body come and fixed it and no room to exchange

I got a quite & clean room as requested. Check in and check out was fast. Like the kitchen ware that was available but didn't need to use it

Bed and room had odd stuffy smell

The property was fine. No coffee supplies were offered, coffee pack was there but very merger. No creamer or sugar and the coffee maker was left dirty. No one had cleaned it.

AC was not adjustable

Clean and comfortable with kitchen amenities

The shower pressure is not strong and the TV loses connection

the place is pet friendly. rooms were spacious and it was very comfortable

charged flat rate for pet rather then nightly charge. it’s not like or dislike but it could use some updating but it is perfectly fine
