The hotel was clean and the staff was really nice. There were no drug needles behind the furniture, the hotel was not located in a bad part of town, and we felt safe sleeping there.
The reservation was for 2 queen beds, but we had 2 full beds so I feel like I got scammed, money wise. The beds were hard and uncomfortable; it felt like we were sleeping on concrete. I had a headache the entire time because of the beds. The bathroom was so small that 2 people couldn't fit in it at the same time. The door to the bathroom was HUMONGOUS and that's part of why we couldn't fit. The breakfast was subpar, everything was frozen food that was heated up.

I had to return my rental car the evening before my flight. The shuttle was unavailable, so the hotel provided an Uber for me!

great, big rooms—wished we could’ve stayed longer. it was close to the airport, too. property had an airport shuttle as well.
the TV could’ve been a bit higher and the shower was a bit small

the room was off the main highway and near the airport. Noise was not an issue at all. The bed was comfortable and the mini fridge was adequate in size.

Easy accessibility from Ft. Myers airport. it was quiet
it needs an upgrade as far as the rooms, lobby & elevators if they’re going to charge the prices they’re asking. Shuttles to/from the airport stop running at 11 pm so if your flight is late you will have to pay for a taxi

Staff was friendly, helpful, and always greeted with a smile. The hotel was easily accessible to many of the surrounding areas. Super comfortable beds/rooms.
The laundry machines were dirty. I would have liked more outdoor patio space to sit and read a book and get some sun.
