Wasn't impressed with the breakfast. The signature cinnamon rolls were dry and not as good as other Holiday Inn Express we stayed at. The only thing that was good about this visit was the staff at the the front desk as they displayed excellent customer service.

The room. When searching for a king room, I apparently didn't catch it was accessible until arrival. Since it was just two nights we thought it would work. Couldn't put any clothes in closet; lighting in bathroom was not good; Only lights in room were at the bed; desk area was dark and only a desk chair; didn't sleep well in bed. I also didn't realize the room rate would change from Thursday to Friday. Will not stay at this hotel again.

The room was very nice. I loved the jacuzzi tub!

The room wasn’t ready for check in until straight up 3 and we were unsure that is was going to be ready then. Also the floor in the hallway needed to be vacuumed terribly especially right in front of our door.
