The breakfest and Location was good

It was fairly close to the hwy. The beds very very comfy, we had a great night’s sleep. The staff was easy to work with. The breakfast was okay.
The elevator was slow and made a very loud sound when the door was left open too long. I had issues with my confirmation from booking.com to get into my room. The woman at the front desk was very apologetic for the length of time it took to check in. AGAIN this was NOT from the hotel but was due to BOOKING.COM.

The staff was superb. Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. AC was on for us when we arrived which is amazing in 110 degree heat!
Elevator was a little sketchy. Had a staff member ask if it was “acting up again” while we were waiting. Only 3 people allowed on at a time.

We met family there with the sole purpose of swimming and the pool was dirty and they had to close it. Spoke to the front desk and they said the pool is not guaranteed when booking a room and that it wasn’t there responsibility. Was not happy with our stay.

Our key cards did not work on our door several times and nothing worked to fix it. By the last day we had to keep one of us in the room if the other went out so we weren’t locked out.
The fridge didn’t work and spoiled a special creamer I went out of my way to buy after we arrived in Abiline.

It was clean and located near our event.
It was hard to get ahold of staff. There was never anyone at the front desk when I went down there or called.

The personnel at the desk and housekeeping were beyond polite and respectful. I needed an early check in and they jumped to accommodate me.
