Great location, friendly staff, great room. Hotel was very full, but was still very quiet.

Front desk was vacant when I arrived and I could not find a note about how to ring for service. I only waited about 5 minutes, so it all worked out. The shower floor was very slick.

staring to show age and could use updates. ie bathroom -vanity is super low, door into tub & toilet barely closes due to proximity of door and toilet.

the hotel had a great breakfast bar and was close to the event we were attending. the room stayed pretty cool and the air conditioning system worked well.

we had booked for 4 adults and sleeping arrangements were interesting. the pullout couch was a twin, so we had to make an additional sleeping arrangement for the last adult…

Breakfast was horrible, when clean didn't take trash or towels and turn thermostat up . Hot when we got back in from zoo .didn't clean while stayed there

Breakfast was third world.... there were no eggs on Friday Morning, coffee was bad, no hot milk, etc etc. $400 dollars a night, get out of here both the Staybridge Suites and Booking.com are out of my life.....

The location was good. The staff was friendly. Plenty of hot water.

In the first room they put us, there is a fire pit with several chairs around it about 10 feet from the window! Since there is very little sound insulation, the noise from the parties around the pit could be heard. There was also some lecher staring in our window before I had a chance to completely close the blinds. What genius thought this location was great. The next morning at 6:45 the maintenance crew used the power blowers to clean around the above fire pit. If you are a light sleeper, I would avoid that room. They moved us to room 111. It was away from the above fire pit (Room 134). It was better, but it outside exit was down the hallway. The door damper did not work. Every time someone enter or left the building was followed by a loud "bang". Easily fixed if the staff would check for issues like that. The mattress had a large hollow in it, so gave up and just put a sheet on the couch. I was very happy to leave. I would have found another place, but with the Kentucky Derby there, it was unlikely I could have found another place. There was a $10 a night parking charge, which was never mentioned in any of the literature. That was odd as there was plenty of parking. Suspect it was a gouge for the Derby people. I paid $1551 for 3 nights for a motel that would normally go for $75 a night. Foolish me.

safe neighborhood. Nice to have fridge and glasses, etc. Could be stocked with more silverware.

A dog was in the room next door and barked A LOT. Not many in the hotel so I was reluctant to complain (they would have known it was me). Outdated cable system. I could not get HBO to work, which was annoying. Front desk couldn’t help (but to be fair it wasn’t her responsibility).

The pricing and location, breakfast was good.

Rude staff. Air Conditioning that didn’t work well. Someone had previously smoked in the room. Building was in dire need of updating.

They charged $10 for parking that they did not do the last time I stayed there in July and it said nothing about this charge at booking.

Breakfast was set up and stocked very well! Attendant did a great job! Having kitchen amenities with a fridge and freezer is always great! Check in girl also very nice!

Charging $10 to park in a suburban parking lot is ridiculous. clearly just using as a revenue source…but will now avoid for that reason. Also had broken shelves in closet and the place is showing it’s wear and tear. Needs a facelift. Especially for rates charged. Out of alignment

it was pretty dated and they don’t have rooms with two beds. You have to use the single pull out couch

A small updated and well-maintained hotel very close to the highway, but far enough that it was quiet. The room was spacious and included a large couch and small kitchen, a real value at this price point! The common areas were beautiful, the hot breakfast delicious. Very friendly, helpful staff as well.

I liked how late we could check in due to the festival we attended. I am glad checking out early wasn't an issue as well and we were not overcharged. Will update if there are issues due to booking through a third party.

I did not like that the separate room my boyfriend and I had did not lock properly to adequately give privacy.

We came in for the Louder than Life music festival and stayed 3 nights.The price was great, comfortable CLEAN rooms! ( I run my own cleaning company and used to manage a hotel's housekeeping dept) Great hot breakfast with LATE hours so you can sleep in and still get food-this is critical!! Very empressed, will be staying here every year for LTL now!! Thanks for having us!
