The staff was very friendly. The free breakfast was delicious both days. The facility was well taken care of.
Our bathroom had a urine smell. Other than that it was great. The room was cared for daily by the staff.

Always clean, room is always stocked and fresh, I always enjoy my stay.
There is never any close parking. There's a big lot beside but you got to be lucky to catch a parking spot by the hotel doors.

The last two visits the gyms AC hasn't worked. The temp is over 80 and very uncomfortable.

The pool and the staff were nice
I think the room was a little small for the price I was thinking it was going to have a couch with a pull out bed and the jacuzzi only one side of the jets worked

Some of the workers except the front desk they were all great for the money we paid we had to use the same towels didn't get our room cleaned we stayed 3 days

The room size was okay and it was comfortable.
There was a fire in one of the rooms around 4am. and we had to evacuate for a while. We didn't know for how long and I had a small child with me so after a bit we rented a room across the street. My biggest complaint is I talked to several of the staff to try to get half of my room fee refunded to me and they wouldn't and they were also rude at the thought that I was even asking. If it wasn't for my child we could have stood outside and waited longer than we did but I didn't know how long before the fire dept would release us.

We arrived early and they allowed us to use the pool while we waited for our rooms to be ready.
