La puerta del baño hacía ruido al cerrarla

Blanket smell bad. Towels are small and thin.

Nice staff. Comfortable bed
The shower was not safe. I almost slipped and fell. The doors are not working. The walls looked dingy , old and stained. This franchise is not putting any care into the facility. The decor is awful. The carpets look old and dirty. I thought the Hampton Inn was a nice hotel. This one, not at all.

very fast and efficient check in and check out. Breakfast was satisfactory as it had variety and good quantity. Ample parking, comfortable bed. Dining area offered in addition to regular dining tables for 2-4 people, a long high table with bar stools for 8-10 people, which was a work station with plugs for charging computers, phones.
TV did not have some of the common national news channels (screen said subscription required) but had lots of other channels, so didn't make sense.

Best breakfast and lots too. Didn’t have to wait.

The breakfast had good hours, and many options, but the scrambled eggs seemed powdered. Coffee was good. Beds were comfortable, and the toiletries were nice...plenty of towels. The a/c was quiet...
The TV did not work, and emplyee had to come and get it working. The carpet felt grungy, I did not feel comfortable walking barefoot. I could not put my things in the drawers due to all of them being stained in places with an oily substance. The halls smelled very "chemical", as though they'd been recently treated with some kind of smell-masking agent. When we checked in, there was an unruly (homeless person?) being escorted out by police, and later when we ran an errand, there was a drug deal happening in the parking lot....for $300 a night??? I know opportunities for lodging in Brentwood are limited, but this was ridiculous

The breakfast was OK, it seemed like the scrambled eggs were made from a powder mix, but they were OK...there was a large selection of items, so that was great, and the hours were generous
The price we paid for this hotel was ridiculous...$300 a night?? C'mon...there are not that many places to stay in Brentwood, so I understand the concept of supply and demand, but really.....when we arrived the police were escorting out a disruptive guest, and the parking lot had a drug deal going down later that evening when we ran an errand. I never did find any blow dryer, the carpets felt a bit "gummy", and I was not able to put anything in the drawers due to odd oily staining in all of them.

Magnetic keys did not work as expected. It only would work one time, and the next, I had to go down to have it magnetized again. This happens a total of three times. I was also told the Wifi was my last name and room number, but it was my first name and room number, and that was corrected after yet another trip from the third floor to the lobby.

The breakfast was the best part of the stay. Fresh and a good variety.
This property is not up to the usual Hilton standard.
It needs a major redo. It’s dated and it shows.
Pet policy advertised as “pet friendly” will cost you at least $75 extra dollars a night.
Booking.com also needs to detail more prominently the cost when the “pet friendly “ filter is checked.

Price, the bed, noisy heater, 2 men smoking weed outside the entrance.

The Breakfast was Great
We asked for a king bed and we were given a room with two queens - it is not what made reservations for!!
1.0
The staff was polite. The property was hot and humid when we arrived. The front desk was sticky and dirty. There was an unpleasant cleaning agent odor. The hallways were hot with the windows open.
The mattress was terrible. I travel extensively and have never slept on such an uncomfortable mattress. Actually I didn’t sleep, neither did my husband who has back issues. He woke in pain. There was a smell of cat urine on the carpet on my side of the bed. One of the bath towels still had someone’s fresh wiped mascara. The TV had to be reprogrammed. The room phone didn’t work. There was an unpleasant odor in the room. I had to open the window to air it out.

Seemed a little pricey. Microwave wasn't plugged in and have to move it so we could use it.

It was located close to town but it was also on a main road, very loud!
Very loud traffic, elevator broke down and we had to walk up three flights of stairs!

Cleanliness, breakfast
I booked two rooms about a week in advance of my stay. In advance, I requested one of the rooms be a ground floor due to the guest's disabilities. The other was a King room. We checked in around 4:30. They stated no rooms were available on the ground floor--all booked. The hotel did not appear at all full, judging by the parking lot and the people at breakfast the following morning. The room our disabled guest was placed in was on the 3rd floor, albeit near an elevator. When I checked into my room it was not a King, but two queen beds. I immediately called and was told there were no more King bed rooms. This was not mentioned at check in. They also assured me --kindly-- I wouldn't be charged more for the second bed. I should think not! If it was a weekend, convention, and/or we checked in late, I could see why the rooms I reserved may not be available. It was a Wednesday night, parking lot and breakfast area fairly empty. Our other guest has had similar experiences at another Hampton Inn recently where she booked one type of room but got another. I won't be looking to stay with Hampton again because I can't trust the reservation system.
