Breakfast was good. Beds comfortable.

The bathtub had an uneven floor like it was buckled, and I held onto the grab bar so as to not lose my balance while showering. The light above the closet didn’t work. Our rooms were on the first floor very near the lobby and check in desk. There were times we could hear other guests and staff talking loudly. Our room was across from the workout room and the door was left open once and there was a child in there with his mom. He was very loud. The manager noticed how loud he was and closed the door but propped it ajar a bit so they could come and go. That helped a lot.

The decor, the comfort was great. Everything was just so nice. Love the hot breakfast the staff was outstanding!

I did not like the black mold on the ceiling above the shower in the bathroom. I think if the fan was fixed, it would be better.

Clean, friendly and comfortable.

It was not that convenient (centralized) to the city of Anderson.

Old carpet, rooms clean but out of date... elevator working but need major sprucing up.

We could hear other guests from our room.
