beautiful decor, very clean

my room was not cleaned, no fresh towels, no restocking of coffee, on the day after my arrival. I came back that evening and no one housekeeping had been done.

We were in a room on the Highway side and the highway noise bothered me as I was trying to sleep. The hotel reserved the entire amount of the room booking but I had already paid on Booking! The clerk was newly hired, though.

Showers were dirty

Hi...very nice and clean...all good... breakfast was a dampener...we took the buffet...they ran out of croissant and it never came. Servers were not concerned. All else was good 👍

I liked the hotel for its cleanliness. The hotel looks beautiful both from the outside and inside. I really enjoyed the breakfasts; I haven't had such delicious sausages in a long time! The waiters are very friendly.

I didn't like the fact that the jacuzzi still doesn't work. I got the impression that no one is in a hurry to fix it. I read old reviews about it and thought that when I come, the jacuzzi will already be working.

Great Hotel for a business trip when you need to be in or around Everett. Comfortable and modern. Nice bar with friendly staff

Breakfast was excellent, more than I expected. Beds were comfortable and the pool hot tub were a great perk.

Restaurant on site is very convenient, clean room, great and friendly hotel and food service, good location and garage to park car in as an option.

Room layout was good. Shower was amazing and I really appreciated the night light under the sink for when you used the bathroom at night. Great bed!

The managers are VERY RUDE to the guests the rules about drinks are ridiculous and I will never stay at another Marriott again. The managers at this location have 0 professionalism

Our room was apparently adjacent to the elevator electrical works shaft and we heard elevators whirring up and down all night. We now know to ask to avoid this in the future. It was Xmas Eve, which means limited staff, which we get, but our room was only stocked with decaf coffee supplies, no cream, and the guest supply room on our floor was out of just about everything we hoped for or needed - including caffeinated coffee. We adored the staff and bar/restaurant attendants - it just seemed as if, even though it was a holiday, the basic needs provided for self-service should have been covered. We didn't get a discount on our room due to limited staff - didn't know until we were there that there would be no room service or housekeeping. We'll go there again, but will ask questions first
