Great location, nic view.

I booked this hotel for work and when I made the reservation I made it clear I would need an invoice and I provided data I would need on the invoice. Not only the hotel made it very hard to receive any receipt, in the end they did not release the invoice with my data which basically means I do not have the right document and denied me this option. I was communicating with the hotel back and forth, no results. I am dissaponted and would not recommend this hotel for any business travelers.

The place is the worst hotel I’ve ever been in. not how it looks in the pictures, the room was extremely dirty not how it showed in pictures. the carpet was ripped and extremely dirty, curtains had a lot of stains and also ripped, walls were dirty, bathroom was also dirty.

The rooftop patio was a favorite feature. They had unlimited bottles of water available at all times, as well as coffee and tea.

Room service didn’t clean the room once in the 3 days. Some of the front desk staff were very rude.

The elevators were almost always busy... Had to walk 5 floors multiple times. The hotel didn't have any emergency medical supplies.. Not even a band aid at hand. Gym floors were extremely dusty and had to tell them 1 day in advance if you need to get the room cleaned.

the property was in a really good location and easy access to the subway.

the rooms didn’t look like the photos shown on the listing, I thought they looked very old fashioned to be honest and for the price I paid for the room I was surprised. also I thought the staff in reception was very rude, they seemed like they didn’t want to be there and if I asked them for something it was met by a short answer followed by a sigh and a dirty look.

I did not like anything about the "king suite" I reserved. I usually do not write reviews, but in this case I would like to warn others before booking at this facility.

The pictures from the website and the real thing is night and day. The pictures was nothing like I had reserved. It looked like a whole different room. The staff excuse was that they were renovating, but did not say anything about that when I called to ask questions, or on their website. Nothing was what I was expected. The staff said all they could do was a downgrade and give us $37 for our troubles, which to me was a spit in my face. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The only reason I stayed at the hotel is because the staff refused to refund me and I paid close to $400 for one night. I traveled from Rhode Island (almost a 4 hour drive) to celebrate my sister in laws birthday, and I was disappointed and embarrassed about my reservation. I had called booking customer service and they was unhelpful as well. I have included pictures that was on their website and the same was on booking, just in case they decided to take it down after this review, and the pictures I toke when I got there. (I had to be creative and try to cover up the shower by moving the shower curtain for privacy.) Mind you this is the "King Suite"

we received the wrong room when we arrived and we waited for 2 hours for the room to “be stocked” after we arrived at the suggested arrival time.

Location was very convenient to where we had to go room was clean there was two pieces of metal sticking out from underneath each bed that caught us in the legs several times the beds were over all comfortable

The pieces of metal created a couple injuries we did not document couple scratches from them right in your shin area of your leg very inconvenient to not have a mini fridge while traveling with children and if you touch the sink it felt like it was going to fall off the wall

I booked a 27square meter room and got 20square meter room and when I asked to change, the staff said they cannot do anything today, come tomorrow with my things packed and they will see what they can do. No guarantee that I could get the room that I paid for.

Great location for many coffee and Bakery shops. The check-in and out were very smooth and professional. The size of the room is good compared to many other places in NYC.

The location, close to the subway entrance, a lot of cafeterias and restaurants. Also a few parkings are close to the hotel .

First, the hotel sign it’s terrible, if u arrive during night time its imposible to see. The hotel in general feels old.
