If I had been on a top floor it would have been quieter. I think this question should have more than yes no can’t remember options

Great location! The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was perfect!!

Hotel close to highway

Staff was extremely rude, not worth dealing with especially since rates at other hotels in the area are better. We travel for work/leisure all over and this is the 1st time we have encountered staff with such horrid attitudes and customer service.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Bathroom was large and the shampoo/conditioner/body soaps were in very large dispensers instead of tiny bottles. Beds were comfy. Room was very clean.

The room was amazing and the bedding was clean and so comfy! I also love that you guys ditched the stupid small battle of soap and shampoo and put big bottles in the shower!

TV was dated and the remote worked half the time, I really had to mush the buttons for it to respond.

The location was great.

We had a Marriot gift card that we wanted to use for our stay and the man who checked us in said we could only use it when we checked out. This was inconvenient and the full price of our stay went on our charge.

Every Courtyard has the same set up, which I love, so I always know what to expect with no surprises. This location seemed more updated than others I’ve stayed at. The shower was gorgeous and appeared remodeled, included with shampoo, conditioner and body wash pumps inside the shower. The tv settings were different now too - you could connect to “internet tv” which allowed you to sign into your Netflix account, HBO, Showtime and even Pandora. This was a great feature for us, who ended up sick our first night on our trip and we’re in the hotel that whole evening. Also, some great restaurants nearby!

Not the property’s fault but there was a soccer tournament this weekend and we were literally in the middle of the team that stayed there. I’m talking at least 20 little kids younger than 10 years old. They were in the rooms next to us (their names with team logo were on all the doors) and above us. We heard footsteps all evening, night and first thing in the morning (5am) almost like they were scrimmaging in the rooms/hallways. THAT was extremely frustrating when we paid over $300 for what we thought would be a nice, relaxing stay. I asked to switch rooms but unfortunately, all were full. We we’re just thankful to be coming home the next day.
