Room had a kitchenette, 2 separate rooms, as a family room, both en-suite.
Great washing facilities for laundry, computer access with printer, pool fine
Basic breakfast, all disposable plates, cups etc used, no thought given to environmental effects.
Carpets need to be replaced, looked dirty.

Location to family events and price.
Facility needed updating. Sheets for pull out couch had holes in them and we had to request a new pair. Staff needs to be more professional.

Venus at the front desk was absolutely awesome perfect for the guest super nice, helpful and willing to help in any way she can..
In the room which was very nice but it was kind of loud from the interstate I’m pretty sure,also in the on bed room that went to bother room every night it sound has if a dryer and washer was running all night.

I liked the location and the amenities.
I didn’t like having an open sink area to the bedroom because it made it difficult to change in privacy and also the lights disturbed the people I was staying with. I also didn’t like being in a handicapped room because water got all over the bathroom floor despite trying to be very careful about it. There was also an issue with cleanliness in that bathroom (hairs in the shower). However, the benefits outweighed the negative overall.

The breakfast was amazing. My room was very clean and comfy people were nice.
There were kids knocking on my room door and running.

Great space for three people. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Enjoyed the breakfast. Great location.
The bed absolutely needs to be updated. Old spring mattress was very hard, uneven when being shared and generally not up to hotel standards. Pillows were of similar quality and could be improved. Door to the bathroom did not close properly.
