The toilet was broken. The room kind of smelled. Definitely wasn't cleaned properly before use, hair on the floor, lotion on the counter. Definitely been in better hotels.

The room itself was awesome!! The updates they did to the room were pretty amazing and I LOVE the fact that you couldn’t hear your neighbors. The staff…EVERYONE I encountered was very VERY pleasant!!!
Aside from the room itself and the staff, I didn’t like anything else about the property. The way the layout of the hotel is, it’s like a huge dorm building, with one elevator and a lot of wings. I didn’t like that each time, going or coming, I had to walk past the front desk. Very little privacy

Good location, clean, comfortable, great amenities.
No HBO. Too many dogs and dog hair where it shouldn’t be. Dishwasher and ice maker didn’t function properly. Side doors unable to open even with key. Day staff rude and unwilling to assist with simple requests. Especially Robyn.

The room wasn’t ready by the time I got there. so, I just got the key and left. when, I came back to enter the room it smell like Burnt popcorn really bad in the room. I ask one of your staff members for air freshener and it still didn’t work. I used lysol. I just gave up.

Didn't have breakfast, however your coffee sucks! It had no coffee taste at all and the smell of it and taste of it just tasted like slight coffee with no taste at All.
The coffee and that's crutch of it to me. It needs to be more robust.

We weren’t notified that they had hot water issues. we called the desk that and was told “ there’s a sign by the front desk, it’s under maintenance and may take A FEW HOURS ”. so no hot shower after driving 9 hours was inconvenient
