A man tried to break into my room at four in the morning and then the front desk girl told me that if I don’t feel comfortable that I can leave

Not really knowing this area we booked this place. We were there for a two day competition for our son. It was 11pm when we arrived. Staff had no extra rooms he said they were booked which later I found out he lied!! The room smelled bad and the sofa bed was broken and stained. Had to sleep with the windows open all night. My poor kid sleep on the recliner. It was already late and we were not familiar with the area to find another Hotel but the following morning at 7:30 AM we checked out ASAP. Found a much great hotel for the same price. The next day, the manager called me stating that they had a room available, but I said no thank you because ironically, they had told me they were booked for the whole weekend. We will never book with them at any location all I can say is thank God the windows open we slept with them open all night in a freezing room just to be able to breathe. It smelled musty gross so just find somewhere else stay away from here.!!!

Airport Shuttle was great and saved us money.

I was told I had to pay for two more adult breakfast meals even though the room I booked through booking.com says that breakfast was included. The hotel claims that the booking.com reservation is for 2 adults and 2 kids, even though I put 4 adults in my booking.

Was disappointed with the parking fee, security deposit and the shower caulk was peeling. The location isn't the best but decent if you're willing to drive additional to get to the city. I feel the price was a bit high for where it's located. Waving the parking would of been fair if they kept the high hotel price. My room was right by the main road and I heard every passing vehicle, train and pedestrians talking.
