I wasn’t bothered during my stay.

Floors stink! Smell like old spoiled food in my room! Check in was at 3, I arrived at 12 for early check in like instructed only to be told I wasn’t aloud to check in until 4 do to housekeeping not having my room ready!!

Réservé deux chambres a 320 € x2 pour 3 personnes par chambre, vendu 1 lit + 1 canapé lit pas de canapé lit, vu avec personnels emmené 1 lit de camp avec matelas a ressort des années 60 avec draps et couverture dans un sac plastique. Scandaleux d'avoir ce genre d'établissement sur votre site.

It was a decent size room for 3 people, the kitchen was very useful and it was great having a fridge since we were there for 9 days. There was on site laundry. Staff was mostly helpful and attentive. The pool was nice.

We ordered a king bedroom suite with pull out couch. They didn't have so we were switched to queen bed with pull out couch. The pull out couch mattress was broken and when you sat.on some parts the springs were broken, so I ended up sleeping on just the couch. Sometimes the hot water didn't work, just had cold warm water. The kitchenette did not have an oven. Our room was only cleaned once, otherwise we had to gather all the sheets and towels and garbage and place outside.

The property was clean, safe, and comfortable. We didn’t hear anybody else, not even in the hallways, so maybe soundproof too! (we did the other guests, so the hotel wasn’t empty!

We were really excited about the Marriott waffles on a Sunday morning… But this location did not serve them. They said they alternate days, and this was an off day. This was the reason we chose Marriott over other chains, so it was disappointing.

Breakfast was great. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Not the hotels fault but booking.com claimed they had pullout couches but they did not. They gave us a pull away bed but it was rough. Beds were uncomfortable.

Not much to be honest. I’ve been in other hotels from the same chain and this is the worst by far.

We booked a suite for 3 people, the room was neither a suite and also didn’t have a bed for the third person (upon the check in they blamed booking.com for selling the room with the wrong description), the hotel is really far away from Las Vegas, the breakfast is really poor (not even milk to mix with the coffee), the room is in desperate need of a renovation.

The hotel staff did not honor the room selection from booking.com. There were three adults and I booked a king studio which had a room with a king bed and a separate living space with a sofa bed. They refused - saying they only had five of those and they were taken. They sent a fold out bed down that fit at the foot of the king bed. Not much room for walking around or sitting while talking. The hotel also charges $15 for parking which I didn’t see anywhere on the site.

Location was convenient. Breakfast was good on day 2, just ok on day 1. Pool looked nice. Staff was friendly.

Room had unpleasant odor. Housekeeping staff very limited. Furniture was worn and dirty.

The furniture is dated (the foldout couch was horrible) and the accommodation level did not match the value which we paid.

Facilty - 2 bedroom and kitchen gave the feeling of home with tge kids

Cleaning - stayed for 4 nights. But room service was not provided. Trash was not taken out. We learn we had to request for service one night before the service is needed. This was not told at the time of check in. Although later we requested put ourselves for service none showed up. Room smells due to our trash.
