Staff was very rude. I called the front desk and they put me on hold for 5 minutes and then they hang up on me.

No microwave in the room People in the room above me at 10pm stomping for over 30 min I had to go tell people at the front desk to ask them to quit it

Overall the property was clean and convenient to get to. The front desk staff was very professional and warm.

The bedding smelled musty particularly the comforter. It was unpleasant and took away from the enjoyment of my stay. I excepted more from this brand and therefore my rating is only 6. Bedding is super important and is a key part of the comfort of the guests. If guests encounter an unpleasant smell it just takes away from the overall experience.
