I liked that I didn't have to worry about checking for bugs cuz it was extremely clean and I've never had to question that with the candlewood suites

There was no breakfast ! Really not too much to like !
I have stayed there dozens of times , but not too much in the last year because my travel was less. The ownership of the location has changed and it is very evident ! The grounds are dirty with much litter etc. Like I said I have stayed there many times, but won't do so again. Also we arrived at 3 PM, but our room was not ready and had to wait an hour before we could occupy the room .

Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Even with remodeling, noise level was not bad.
I didn't have hot water in the shower on my last morning there, but that was due to the construction that morning. Was not from bad facilities.

Despite having a confirmed reservation (with proof) for 2 rooms w/2 beds only 1 room had been reserved. Blind luck had a cancellation while I was standing their so I did get a room however it only had 1 bed.

Asked for a toilet plunger but no employees available to deliver. Only 1 employee on the entire sight - not enough.

Booked the room through booking..com, but paid cash. Still had my credit card charged 107 dollars by a new employee Chrishna. Called location several times, 1st time Manager was very polite and helpful, second call she basically called me a liar! Very rude and unprofessional! Never again will I use or recommend this location!

Everything was awful. Under construction, no ability to change rooms, dirty, LOUD, uncomfortable. Just terrible.
