It was easy to get to the hotel and the property was very nice

The staff at the desk were friendly and helpful. We'd asked for a room on the top floor, but the message had not been received. The woman at the desk was able to change our 2nd floor room to a 3rd floor room at our request. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast foods were varied and well presented, but the banana my husband picked up was brown inside. We liked the omelets and smoked sausages a lot.
The air conditioning was a bit of a puzzle. It had controls on both a wall thermostat and the unit near the window. We tinkered with it and eventually had it working to our satisfaction. We liked having a bathroom exhaust fat, but we disliked the fact that it ran all the time and could not be shut off.

The location is great. The staff are what made the stay wonderful.
We had some humidity problems in the room. The staff were quick to help and offered us a dehumidifier which helped some.

The lobby and the food preparation were very clean, and the food was well prepared
The rooms need to be updated and the beds need to be replaced
