The price on my Receive and bake statement doesn't match you charge me more on my bank statement then we're just supposed to be charging that's on my receipt So I need some understanding on this I call the hotel I was stated one thing and it's still no situation change That's my problem no communicatso why am I being charged higher price for something that shouldn't be done So I'm kinda upset

Desk clerk was especially cheerful and friendly.

Was not aware of construction. When people in above room, 202, took a shower we heard water running right behind the wall by the bed headboard. Very irritating.

Big comfy bed. Room was nice. Staff was very friendly.

They didn’t have our reservation upon arrival even with the booking number we had. Took forever to check in lady at front desk was by herself and swamped. She had to call manager because they had over sold. Did get a upgrade to king suite since they were sold out.

It was a paid breakfast. I didn’t eat it. I can get a muffin in a wrapper at the gas station.

Room was not comfortable. No chair except a desk chair. Walls were dirty.

My room was next to a noisy utility room which didn’t help me sleep. Also you advertised the indoor pool and hot tub which was not In Sevice. The maid Sevice was poor. I had to ask the front desk for coffee pods and cups. I still left tips!!!

My daughter was participating at a horse show in Decatur. Due to flooding, we had to find a hotel room to at the last minute. The staff was very welcoming and gracious. Upon hearing our dilemma, the staff provided us with essential toiletries during our late night check-in. The room was very clean & quiet. We highly recommend this hotel & will certainly stay again. The young lady and young man working the front desk the evening we checked in were very friendly & welcoming. Hope the management knows & appreciates the value of these individuals. They set the tone for a person’s stay!
