Overall nice location

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE by Dan. Friendly, courteous, and kind, along with going out of his way to be of service. He even helped me with getting the Bonvoy signup completed and made sure I got the points right away. The epitome of OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Breakfast was good since all I had were the eggs with chees, sausage/bacon, yogurt and a chocolate milk. All the rest looked great but I'm trying to watch my calorie intake while traveling.

No omelets for breakfast. Just kidding, this place about as perfect as it gets at an affordable price so long as one gets the military discount, all the other discounts aren't worth having.

I didn’t eat brkfst as I am a Faster, The room for what my purpose in staying was good, staff was ok the Morning Gentleman that I interacted with at check out was Great.

Coffee and in room coffee maker needs updating for the price of the room one could at least have decent coffee. Even your brkfast coffee was less than great. Whirlpool area is awful dirty looking if that is what is called clean then you need help. The water was hot enough but your tub needs updating.

our room smelled like either mold or a dead mouse, and the beds were hard.

They could have vacuumed the hallways and our room.

Location was most important. very inviting and clean.

Room was very small for a “King Suite”

Room was nice. Front desk staff was very friendly. Breakfast had a lot of choices and even had enough options for our gluten free eater.

Really, the only downside, was a small amount of hwy noise but that is to be expected when you stay by the interstate.

Quality facility at a quality price, very convenient for what we were looking for.

Room was a little small for our liking, however, being just my wife and I, it was sufficient, would have been tight for anyone with children.

To end breakfast at 10am (or was it 9:30am) was way too early. We arrived between 9:30 and 10pm and were not business travelers, so we had to choose between sleep and breakfast. We chose sleep.

Location right off interstate was very convenient.

Went to breakfast around 7 am and hot food items were all gone.
