It was in a great location. The staff was helpful. It was clean.
The bed was hard, but they gave us extra pillows when we asked.

Summer at the front desk was a delight and made us feel welcomed as soon as we walked in the door! Her manager was also wonderful and helpful- we will be back agan because of them!

We had a good experience overall. We came with our daughter to visit the University of Arkansas and the location was great for the price! Everything was clean and the room was comfortable (except when the sofabed was pulled out to sleep.) The staff was great, friendly and very helpful/responsive.
When you pull out the sofabed, there is no walking space between the bed and the pullout at all. Also, the hot breakfast wasn't great but thankfully there were plenty of other options to choose from.

I booked a room 3 months in advance doe my daughter’s game and the “booted me” out because THEY OVERSOLD their rooms!!!!

Bathroom sink did not drain. Shower curtain had water or brown stains at the bottom. Shower head sprayed in such a wide circle it was hard to rinse your hair. Also the shampoo container in the shower did not work. Also the entire place looked old and not fresh. Very disappointing.

Close to our activities. Plenty of towels. Air Conditioner worked.
Staff were often not present at the desk. Key did not work multiple occasions.
Loud upstairs. Pull out bed sheets were dirty. Found Food from previous stay left in cupboard. Breakfast was bland and ran out of many of the items prior to ending.

Everything! The room was great the only thing I'd do different for an extended stay is bring a countertop oven and a few extra utensils for cooking!!!
Nothing really... We did have one situation that required action by hotel staff they acted quickly and addressed the situation with the help of the Johnson Police Department... This incident actually made me trust the staff and facility much more seeing how it was handled!
