Paid for king room they gave me 2 queen beds in small room/ tiny parking lot/ they've tried double billing my card/ staffs rude

The free breakfast was better than expected... biscuits, gravy, French toast, two kinds of sausage, pancakes, etc. Great location!!
We reserved a king bed but were given a room with two queen beds. We didn't complain, though, because the room was nice and in the perfect location.

We arrived to our bathroom floor full of water from a leak on a floor above us. I woke up with multiple bug bugs on my ankles the next day. The location was great for attending a concert at Nissan stadium but Unfortunately we probably won’t stay at this location again.

location wasn’t bad from I40W but no good views. Tub didn’t drain well. Parking lot was small. This would be last resort for hotel.

Facility was nice, coffee fantastic, did not eat breakfast but it looked good. Beds comfortable. I would stay again if I needed to.
1st room toilet broke, but they moved us right away, second room had a bit of a musty smell but we brought our own cleaning supplies and cleaned the room. Room was at the entrance so it was a bit noisy out front.

Manager and staff very friendly. Overall, room was clean. Breakfast was ok. Location was great.
My toliet seat was loose, one sconce fell off the wall in my room and the front door of the hotel became stuck and wouldn't open for 20 min. We were stuck.
