Comfort Suites Near Vancouver Mall

The breakfast was great! The staff was friendly. The lobby was very inviting with the fireplace and Halloween decorations.

We stayed two nights. We made ourself coffee the first day, but the coffee pods were not replaced, so no coffee the next morning. My husband thought the bed was a little too hard.

They provided me an accessible room, right next to the breakfast room, and close to the hot tube.

My toilet backed up, and there should be a plunger in the bathroom.

Everything u wanted a score on. It was really nice and staff showed great customer service. They really work for every customer and are very professional. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The staff checking us in were super friendly and had a sense of humor.

​We reserved and paid for a King Bed Suite, but were given a room with a Queen bed instead. My husband is tall, so having a King bed was crucial for our comfort, and we were never compensated or refunded the price difference for the downgrade. On top of that, there was visible mold on the curtains, and the room had a strong, musty mold smell. The pillows were tiny roughly the size of couch throw pillows and while they provided four, it barely made up for standard-sized pillows. Very disappointing experience.
