Location is good. Rooms updated, bright and clean. Huge bathroom, comfortable beds.

Lack of security. We came back one night and the doors were all unlocked and no one was at reception. Pillows are awful, would be nice to have a feather pillow option. Very low water pressure. Light from parking lot was overly bright in rooms facing it. TV upgrade to various streaming options would be nice. Plenty of space in the room for an arm chair, having only the bed and a desk chair to sit was not comfortable.

Angeblich lag eine Doppelbuchung vor und der Mitarbeiter Manuel war nicht bemüht, die Angelegenheit zu klären und hat sogar andere Kunden vorgezogen beim Check in. Schulterzuckend hat er gesagt, dass wir die Zimmer 2x bezahlt haben per Vorauskasse...er könne nicht weiterhelfen. Das Frühstück besteht aus gesüsstem Müsli, welches mit Wasser verrührt wird, Milch gibt es nicht. Es gibt außerdem abgepackte Muffins, Riegel und Äpfel. Getränke sind gezuckerte Säfte und dünner Kaffee.

Nothing really ideal for stop over

The size of the room, and mini fridge was decent.

We had a late check in, I reserved the hotel room through a third party reservation, which was fine. During my visit I immediately smelled the strong scents of the cleaning products throughout the entire hotel. I feel that you could camouflage the cleaning products with maybe some nice scented plug-ins. The location was not the best. Our windows faced the busy street we heard cars, sirens people, talking, yelling (drunkenly)in the early morning hours, assuming they were leaving the sports bar down a couple doors from the hotel. The parking garage was well lit. The bed was comfortable, unfortunately, the pillows were not full-size and we could fill the lock mechanism inside the pillow against her head and or face while laying on it. The TV did not have a clear picture, the pixels were blurred. The coffee maker in the room had two different coffee labels, but did not specify if one was decaf or regular. I wouldn’t recommend spending $211 on a room that wasn’t as cozy or comfortable what I had expected. The night prior we stayed at a hotel in Anaheim near Disneyland, two queen beds, and paid $129 a night.

Super freundliches Personal. Kostenloses Parken, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Sauber. Kleines süßes kostenloses Frühstücksbuffet (Getränke und Snacks), man hat sich sicher gefühlt. Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer und kleiner Kühlschrank.

TV könnte besser sein. Bildqualität war etwas schlecht. Kein Safe.

Zimmer gut und groß, sauber, Parkplätze, Lage

Frühstück sehr schlecht - nur abgepackte Ware, Licht direkt am Fenster sehr schlecht für Schlaf, es war sehr hell im Zimmer die ganze Nacht

Wer auf der Suche nach etwas Art-Deco Feeling ist, wird in diesem Hotel fündig. Von außen pink, weiß und etwas aus der Zeit gefallen, bietet das Hotel sehr moderne Zimmer mit Balkon und laden zum Wohlfühlen ein. Das sehr kleine Angebot für das Frühstück fand ich angemessen, da dies eine gratis Zusatzleistung ist.

Der Preis für ein Balkonzimmer ist etwas hoch, da dieser zur Straße gewandt und somit eine ziemliche Lautstärke gegeben war. Auch die Lage war mittelmäßig, für Los Angeles aber angemessen. 45 Minuten zu Fuß zum Santa Monica Pier.
