Outdated room.

Pricing I thought was extremely high. over $850 for three nights is ridiculous. When I asked if the pricing was correct they said" If you don't like it get out"! Wow nice way to be greeted upon arrival. Will never be back based on that Otherwise clean place.

The bath room and shower was not clean.....I booked online through booking when I got there the front desk re booked me not looking for my reservation when I told her she tried to over talk me when I was trying to explain ....she seen her error and fixed my issue but being in business myself you always listen to your clients.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

We stayed here while we were in Fort Myers for a concert at the Ranch . This was a great location it was very close to the venue and their were several good restaurants nearby .

We loved the location ! The staff was very nice and the rooms were very comfortable 😊

Great view, clean, comfy, staff let us know if there was anything that we needed to let them know, had beverages and snacks available for purchase, stocked toiletries, coffee and tea supplies, decent breakfast

Could have used an extra towel, but staff said that if we needed anything we could ask

it was very close to the murder mystery train and a lot of consignment shops which was our main purpose for the trip.

I was able to check in earlier. The front desk staff was amazing and put me in a room overlooking the pool.

I asked for an extra quiet room and was given a room very close to the elevator.

Breakfast was ok

Didn't get the room I booked online. Only 1 small elevator
