Rooms very small, no bathtub , very outdated furniture, furniture from the 60s , hand apolstered and done badly

we could hear people walking and talking outside.

I don’t remember seeing breakfast.

The laundry. I was happy to have it close to my room. By the time I was ready to use it, I discovered there was no soap dispenser. I ran across the street to the convenience store to buy a foreign brand but did not have time to wash and dry before the laundry shut down for the night. Also, the laundry opens at 9 a.m. and check-out time was 11. This meant that I did not have time to wash, dry, fluff, fold, and pack before checking out. Also, the was some confusion about booking a second night. I booked on line and went to registration to make sure I could stay in the same room. I paid with credit card on line. While I was out sightseeing, (out in the hinterlands with many dead zones) the desk called about some checking-in anomaly. I tried to call back around 7:30 pm but no one answered. Desk was closed by the time I returned. Next day I got a call (I was already in Phoenix) saying I skipped out without paying. We eventually sorted it out by the hotel keeping my deposit. I’m sorry I didn’t understand the protocols, but I made good faith efforts all around.

Staff put me close to the laundry. Nice touch.

Neighbors were noisy in the wee hours. Laundry opens at 9 a.m. Check-out time is 11. No soap for sale in laundry.

they didn’t have curtains on the windows so l got woken up but the sunlight even with blinds at 5am

When checking in lady kept repeating RULES like I was slow minded. Im 69 female. Traveling in my car from Texas.. Was worried I get deposit back. I did in 3 days. Later learned homeless allowed to share rooms there. Saw police 3 times there. No I will not stay there agsin.

Very big, busy place. Has 2 burner stove and big frig. Close to food, gas and freeways. Lady at check in was very helpful...Deliah??

Garbage in shrubs, broken bottles in parking lot with dirty diapers. Too bad because could be excellent.

I did not like this property.

We arrived at 8:30 pm and it turns out this is an extended stay hotel and the office closes at 8 pm, 6 on Sundays, and there is no one there and you cannot get in your room. We had to book a last minute room across the street and it costs twice as much.

The room was clean and our location quiet. Handy parking and ease of in and out.

I liked it the way it was.We will stay there if and when we visit the area.

room was ok, but there was no comfortable chair to relax in.

Staff,housemaids were excellent. The grounds were clean the machines all worked

I liked everything about my stay fm the beginning to the end. Loved Jazmine n sister they were very helpful.. I'll b going back there in a couple months. Hopefully my stay is gunna b as good.
