sheets and pillows had stains on them. I don’t know if they were clean or not.

The bed

The hotel was in disrepair, the bathtub floor was caved in, the bed was stained, there were only bagels for breakfast, only water for breakfast, the pool has garden hoses in it, and the staff is unhelpful

We didn’t eat breakfast.

Our bedding was not clean. Had food smeared on it and was turned wrong side up to hide it. I took a picture of it and showed the person working. He apologized but there was little concern on his part.

There was one man, named Jim, that was so nice.( Also only person who spoke English!!!) The tv was easy to use with the menu.

There were ants surrounding our nightstand! We couldn’t have a drink or food. Our microwave wouldn’t work. When we first got there within the first 10 minutes maintenance walked in our room without knocking and refused leave even tho we were sleeping (children’s nap) until they cleaned even tho we asked them to leave. Maintenance also came in our room when we were gone and had the do not disturb sign out (no longer trusted maintenance to be in our room without us there). Every night our key wouldn’t work and we had to go to the front desk. Front desk person never understood anything we said. I cannot figure out who to call to speak to about this!! Some body contact me immediately.

Easy check-in, pleasant staff.

Fitness center equipment doesn't work, cable froze frequently, hallways had a musty type odor, tub had stains and shower was not very good. Heater was very noisy when fan kicked in.

The hotel has cock roaches an bed bugs the hotel is outdated the pool has rust spots the jets in the pool dont work because the nob is broken theres old dirty beds in the pool area the outside is a disaster with trash littering the ground when mentioned the bugs to the staff they told me I must've brought them in with me. wall outlets are exposed creating a potential hazard to children the mattress was dirty the night time staff rented the room above me to a group of college kids that kept us awake all night when I told the night staff they acted like they didnt care. in my opinion this hotel should be removed from booking .com untill they can provide the level of excellence that book.com baymont customers expect this is a run down hotel I dont recommend staying here to anyone

The breakfast was AWFUL! Guy brought out "fresh" eggs & sausage patties that were still frozen, took one bite of bagel & threw it out.`

The location was good although there were 6 small cats, probably kittens running around the main entrance.

The room was not cleaned properly (see pics pictures). When I dropped my cellphone charger and got on the floor to find it, it looked like nobody had cleaned properly. Then when we got our breakfast and went back to room 103, roaches starting coming out, at least 6 of them. The pool looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in a long time and there were bugs in the pool. The one small trashcan I had in room 101 was broken at the bottom and filthy (see pic)I let the front office know, asked for a manager but was told he wasn't in and would call me. I highly doubt that will happen because I was asking for a discount on our two rooms.

Bath tub was dirty, exhaust fan in bathroom did not work and window did not lock and was about to fall out. Staff was pleasant.

Overall it was a nice and clean room decent breakfast

Vending machines wear out both times I stayed in September 3 week's apart

Nice big bed and room.

There was a small fire pit,and we where able to grill a steak,the pancake conveyor machine was neat

The pool cold,not real clean,they where cleaning it when we cked in at 3pm,the told us an hour but the water never got warm .the hallway walls where nasty all the way up,they need to clean the walls down,and the carpet needs to be changed out.When we arrived we asked for a table they had to come down and ck to make sure we didn't have one before they brought us one the ice machine in the first floor was broken which they didn't tell us until we asked,we know they knew because they didn't even put no ice bucket. Orange juice, was pure water. Speaking of water our shower never got hot,barely warm and no water pressure. the language berrier was an issue, It might have both ways.And lastly the room we had ,our ceiling looked like it was going to fall on us,and at night when we went to bed the people above us started making loud noises

Staff was quick about getting us a refund.

There was a coachroach in the bathroom and various stains and mold in the room. I can not recommend this place

I like that they allow pets

there were roaches all over the room. my son went around killing them and I never slept there were no drinks in vending machines

Every time we left and came back room key card would not work, outside door at the end of or hall was fixed to not lock, had barely warm water not hot at all, on Sunday morning there was nothing for breakfast at 8am Everything was empty and no one was around to fill anything.
