The a/c worked well.
The door to the room had to be forced open/closed. The towel bar was on the floor, next to the toilet, instead of on the wall. The iron and ironing board were not there. The freezer section of the refrigerator was solid ice.

The location and staff were about the only positives of this hotel.
I have slept on jail beds that were more comfortable. The pool was not heated and the water was extremely cold even for an indoor pool. There is significant evidence of mice in the commons area where breakfast is served.
The carpets are staind throughout the facility. They tried covering up a hole in our room wall with a painting and the smoke detector was missing from our room, pictures included.
The whole place has a sour smell...like garbage that has sat in the trash can and needs taken out.

None. Room missing what was offered. No coffee pot. The sitting area was supposed to have a pullout couch which my husband and daughter was going to use because they had to leave to airport in early am. Hairdryer was broke. No washcloths. No alarm clock. The shower sounded like it was going to break shook the whole bathroom. Overall not a happy trip

Sheets stained, room said two beds and a couch. Came with two loose beds and a table with no chairs. No shower head. Awful hotel with crack heads roaming the halls

it snowed so there was ice on the walk ways I slipped and fell with bags in my hands. the towels were nasty!! dirty and stained… we had ants in our room also all over the floor… looks like they are trying to remodel but as for now 2-16-23 they were in very bad shape I hope it improves the location was extremely convenient!!

The location that's about it I had one set of Towles no wash cloth the heater was broken and stuck on 86 or just shut off after awhile I could not figure out why it was so cold then I found the broken window yes it was a cheap room but come one guys

The room was not as advertised, very dirty, things missing from room, staff not willing to fix issues. Basically everything was bad!!

There was blood stained sheets, pillow cases, the room stunk like smoke and mold, also there was no pull out sofa like what was described, the pool was not heated like advertised water was colder than it was outside, they gave us a flat air mattress that wouldn't air up, and the window was broken and it was very cold in the room all night. The breakfast was the worst we have ever had from a hotel. The juice in the juice dispenser was expired it expired in October. All they had for food was some sausage link, boiled eggs in the shells still which were disgusting, toast and mini donuts

Extra cost, wasn’t room I paid for. And didn’t get any extra pillow or towels like I asked for.

false advertisement. told me I’d have two queens and a sofa bed. we had a group of 5 and could’ve used the extra bed.

They let us move to another room
It was so bad. The last hallway they put us into smelled like smoke. Their was pubic hairs on the toilet, puke in the room, holes in the walls, don't ever stay there it was GOD AWFUL!!

it was very dirty the fan in the bathroom was so dirty it’s was loud. the door was broken n didn’t open or close right check out was at 11 they just came in the room at 1050 told us to leave. i would never stay there again

Price was good, the room was ok, the pool was open and the front desk staff was nice and friendly
The bedding had stains. And I got ran down in the hall by some man to be told very rudely not to take the breakfast to my room like I was supposed to read every sign they had up in the breakfast area
