Nice hotel in downtown St Pete, close to museums & Central Ave bars & boutique stores. Efficient checkin. Good breakfast. Nice good sized room & nice bath.

The Inn has a nice location and has a good atmosphere. Perhaps most important, the mattress was very comfortable.

The location was great, right where we needed to be and close to everything. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room and inn itself was very cozy. This was perfect for our night away.

Exactly what we expected from a Bed & Breakfast. Accommodations were great, room was very clean and very good water pressure in the shower and the breakfast was very good.

The room and bathroom could get a little fresh paint job. Rooms are carpeted and feel a little humid.

I would have liked housekeeping make the bed every day, and not only the cleaning stuff.

Very cozy, clean hotel, super nice owners. Apart from our room. we particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast (with „real“ cutlery, no plastic!) and the proximity to all sights downtown. Highly recommended!
