Very comfortable, nice staff, directly at the beach.
A little too small for a 4 headed Family, with smaller kids fine.

Wir haben ein grösseres Zimmer mit zwei Betten gebucht und somit sehr viel Platz gehabt, inkl. Küche und Esstisch. Die Betten waren sauber und angenehm. Der Boden hätte etwas besser geputzt sein dürfen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Gratis Kaffe, Tee und Schokolade (für Schweizer ;-) an der Reception. Ruhige Lage, zum feinen Sandstrand ist es nur ein kurzer Weg.
In der ersten Nacht ist die Klimaanlage ausgefallen und wir hatten sehr heiss. Am folgenden Tag wurde dies aber rasch und kompetent repariert.

I really enjoy the location to the beach and resturants were walking distance. It's not to far from downtown. The grounds were beautiful and well taken care of.
The room is small with very little walking room. The bed was one of the worse beds I've slept in.

It is a friendly place with many accommodations. Our room was very clean and airy.
The only thing that we did not like was once we got to the beach, if you brought your own chairs which we did, we had to sit in front of the area that had the rental chairs/umbrellas and in the morning or afternoon with high tide, there really was NO place to sit without getting out bags, towels and shoes wet. We tried to sit a little further back in an area with drier sand but we were told to move and sit someplace else and there was NO place else to sit. That happened to us on two days. we observed that we were not the only ones experiencing this.
It might have been easier if the rental chairs were placed with smaller aisles rather than huge gaps. It would have been helpful if we had been told about rental chairs/umbrellas beforehand and the cost of those rentals.

Esta muy cerca de la playa. La zona es muy pintoresca y muy bien cuidada. Lo repetiría sin pensar !!! Ideal para ir a descansar.

The room was the perfect size for us. And we cannot complain about the short walk to the beach. There was a little table right outside our room with 2 chairs, which we sat in to enjoy our morning coffee.

Loved the facilities, beach towels provided, loved the location as it is walkable/drivable to a lot of shops and restaurants, easy beach access, beds are very comfortable and staff was very friendly!

Beautiful property. Friendly, helpful staff. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping and the trolley stop. Clean, spacious rooms with all the comforts of home. Just bring your groceries and clothing, sit back relax and truly enjoy your vacation!

Loved the location within walking distance of beach. The movie rentals is awesome!
Wish beach chairs were included with the price. Did not know beach towels were available. Laundry was also far from our room so didn’t take advantage of that. The housekeeping staff came in one day, emptied the trash but didn’t pick up the room or make the bed even though the housekeeping tag was hanging on the door.

I liked the location
our room did not have a working AC unit. our first night was horrible. we could not sleep. the next day when we inquired about this the maintenance guy said there’s nothing we can do about it. he said to shut it off for a couple hours and then try again with no guarantee that it would work again. the front desk finally agreed to change our room. the new updated room was outdated and the shower was leaking the whole night. I wouldn’t have minded the shower leak but the room itself is not updated. both beds we tried to sleep in were God awful.

The housekeeping people were great. The place was well mantained. The pool was very clean and clean beach towels were a plus. The gas grill was handy. We used it twice.
Parking was tight. The beach was confussing. I assumed there were chairs for our use. Actually there was a concession stand charging $32 for 8 hours of use. At best, 2 hours is about all we could do so we passed on the offer.

I like that this location was "low-key" and had a cozy cottage feel with a sense of community. With just a dozen or so units in our enclave with a central common courtyard, it's not massive, overwhelming, and anonymous like so many big box resorts housing residents by the hundreds or thousands like ants in an ant hill. It's right on the beach access so with just a short jaunt, we're there! The property rules are clear and everyone abides by them (especially appreciated for quiet hours).
The unit was clean and tidy. The grounds were well-manicured and maintained. The housekeeping staff is diligent and you can tell they work hard.
These are not dislikes, but suggestions: a little wagon with beach amenities to pull to the beach may be a consideration (I've had these at other beach stays elsewhere). A tiki bar for the resort community for walk-up bar service would be a consideration. The beach service agency is new to the property having started a few days before our arrival. They were eager, friendly, and attentive. I wish they had half-day rentals. Also, I wish they provided non-motorized watercraft rentals like kayaks and canoes. I also would appreciate the beach service posting daily conditions information: water conditions, red tide status, air/water temps, wind, and sunset time (usual stuff one typically sees on beach chalkboards).
