We have stayed here many times. Good location to where we need to be
It has not been updated. The caulking in the shower was molded and chipping off. The maid did not make up our room. I had to go to the desk for clean towels and they made me feel like it was an odd request

The room was clean and on the 4th floor. There was a sofa sleeper and a large desk in the room with plenty of space and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was good with many choices.
The water temperature didn't stay very warm.

Beds were hard, staff was not friendly, facility would not accept our credit card we had to go to a store and put money on a prepaid card.

Rooms always clean and inviting. Breakfast was good and filling. My husband particularly liked the sliced polish sausage. And as a neat bonus they also had red velvet waffles this time.

Quiet and standard room as expected
The staff weren't very helpful. The washing machine was broken, there was only one washing machine for the entire hotel. Floors were really sticky. Compared to the Hampton inn in Ridgecrest, it was well below expectations.

The property was clean and well kept. good and services close by.
The only reason I picked Hampton is for the indoor pool and it was out of order. Arriving to find this out equates to renting a car and it has no headlights. overall a good deal but missing a major component. I will not book before arrival again.

It was clean and quiet. The breakfast was great. The entire facilities were impeccably clean.

55yo granddaughters eyes.
