Staff was awesome
Too noisy, room dirty (hair in the tub and floor) microwave had food from previous guest, refrigerator didn't work, heater missing over, exhausted in bathroom didn't work and covered with dust/dirt. Guess you get what you pay for.

Everything!! The staff was very curtious and helpful!!! The hotel was the best hotel that I have stayed in , in a long time. clean and the room was exceptional and very clean. The staff was wonderful and took care of any needs I had!! I could not have asked for a better stay!!! If I go that way again, I will book there!!!

not enough towels & we were charged for 4 people. ask for towels & had to go get them even though we called & waited 25 minutes & the attendant was on her phone when we went to get them. we’re told breakfast was still serving but locked out of the breakfast room & were yelled at by a staff WE ARE CLOSED! won’t be back there!

The staff was friendly.
it is a bit dated. Our room was newly remodeled with flooring, new beds and fresh paint. The bathroom was very clean but not updated. Also there was no elevator to our second floor room, which makes getting the luggage upstairs conbersome.

Nothing, the whole hotel was run down, non-friendly staff.
Everything, floors were not cleaned. Dirty and not mopped, no trash bins but a tiny one in bathroom. 4 people and only given towels for 2. When we asked for additional towels, staff gave attitude. Staff was unfriendly overall and stated they were having a bad time with cleaning, so hopefully, our room was done upon arrival. Pool, hallways, flooring, and walls were all damaged or missing titles, had cracks or holes. My kids couldn't even go barefoot in the room because of damaged flooring. Little to no lighting and furniture was damaged. Would never stay here again. Couldn't request a new room because the hotel was sold out and didn't check out because the room was non- refundable. Considering the hotel condition, it's no surprise it was no refund. I have stayed in lesser hotel chains with better facilities. Breakfast was ok but poor selection and variety. Nothing was allergy friendly or labeled well.

Staff was very friendly and location was good. Grab and go breakfast was fine with us but some may not like it.
Bathroom was very tight. My husband is a large person and he had problems trying to close the door when he was in there. Beds were soft, but we're used to a firm mattress.

we used to stay there a lot and were excited to get the jacuzzi room with the balcony. staff was nice :)
there was hair and little floaties in the jacuzzi tub, our room wasn’t finished being cleaned until 3:30, the balcony wasn’t swept, there was stuff all over the floor of it. our floor was wet for quite a while so we just stayed on our bed. it wasn’t our greatest experience this time.

They had a painting crew in the building and they had like an exhaust to keep the fumes down but it was splattering paint all over my vehicle

I liked the location. close to a lot of stores and restaurants.
They stated there was continental breakfast when we got there they said it was a grab and go meal when we received it , it was a granola bar bottle of water and small cake. They also stated they had a hot tub and when we arrived we were told they didn’t by a not to nice receptionist.

Staff were amazing, hotel and rooms were clean. Pool area was open and clean. Location was pretty good.
The decor in my room was a bit dated but overall it didnt affect the stay.
