Neither of two phones in room worked (safety issue)
Television in the bedroom did not work
Called front desk, said she'd send someone. No one came to fix the phones or the Television.
Side entrance to building was unlocked all night, no need for key or keyless entry. (Safety issue)
Peephole on room door was cracked, unable to see who was at door (safety issue)
There were bugs in the shower in the morning. No one at Breakfast meat was only pork.

The door was very stuck. You have to push on it several times for it to open, when I told the front desk, they said they knew.

price, door was jammed, stains on curtains, sunken couch and no fittings for sofa bed

The staff went out of their way to accommodate my family, they were absolutely wonderful! they are the reason we keep coming back!
A bit noisy but not a deal breaker.
