The property was beautiful very clean and excellent location
Our room was next to the elevator and it creeped. Next time I will request a room away from the elevator.

Breakfast was one of the better features
Size of suite and closet really small compared to other hotels. We had a hard time getting towels delivered

We like this hotel chain because we enjoy having a kitchen with refrigerator & freezer where we can store food which we’ll use at our destination & where we can eat dinner I’ve prepared in advance. Also the custom omelettes were very well done. And what most impressed us was the excellence of the manager who dealt with our concerns about how the billing was done. She was unusually personable and very competent.
The closets are not particularly spacious.

Breakfast was good
2 lamps weren’t working , the bathroom door to the sink at the bottom was off the hinges , we had a big table look like it was just thrown in the room and one little trash can, but other that it was fine but for a room and I spent 300 for one night I expected a little better that what I received other than that it was fine.

Everything was awesome. I truly enjoyed my stay at Embassy and will be back soon to do it again. Next time I will be bringing my wife with me so she can experience what I’ve experienced.

We have stayed at this ES before. It was very nice, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. We like ES and this location suited us well. We would stay here again
The only complaint was that our room wasn’t cleaned everyday. We did request it and it was cleaned once but that was the only time.
We knew that was the policy because it was like that last year.

I had the executive suite and I loved how the rooms were joined by a what is usually considered a privacy door.
My original room I was assigned was not clean. The covers in the bed were pulled back and some of the trash had not been pulled in the bathroom. We had to call the front desk, go get the room keyed reassigned and the go to the new room.
