I always stay at this location for the Past 6 yrs. Price and location mainly. It has changed lately. Still ok but needs some work on things. The ice machine outside been broken for years. The quality of the breakfast is not as good.And a selling of food is now being a choice. I will continue to stay here .but just noticing a few things.being a Wyndham hotel. Should maybe need some updates.

Great cook. Breakfast was awesome.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Lobby area and breakfast area was very clean and orderly. There was a free continental breakfast with a catered chef who made egg dishes for a small upcharge. We checked out a day early and were refunded a nights day! Our room was large with two queen beds and a sitting area. Small frig and microwave included.

It was right on the freeway so traffic noise was loud. We moved to a room in the back of the building which helped. The floor in the room is tile and didn’t feel very clean. Entry walkways to rooms were outside and grungy. Towels and washclothes were old and stained.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. It is an older property so lingering smell of old age is clearly present but the property is well kept. The breakfast was adequate, many complain that its not that fancy but the food was good. There is a chef that works hard to please. I had no complaints. The coffee was excellent.

Parking could be better, the property is on a corner with not much parking area.

Breakfast, room and staff

I experience adjoining room to have TV very loud at 3;00 AM one night and 1;30 am second night. The front desk corrected it the second night when I notified them.

I always stay here when visiting Nuevo Progresso. The staff is friendly, the rooms are equipped with a fridge, microwave, and keurig type coffee maker. The pool is a plus for my youngest son. Plus, the price is always right!

The street noise is can be loud but, not the fault of the hotel.

No water pressure in shower. Very filthy shower curtain and tub. Need luggage carts for arrival and departure.

Location was good for what I needed. I missed breakfast because I didn't get to sleep because of noisy guests next door.

Have security deal with unconsiderate guests.
