Great breakfast!

Staff is awesome the rooms are nice All around The BEST STAY EVER here in Chico. IT'S EFFORTLESS MAKING ANOTHER RESERVATION AND RENEWING RESERVATIONS IT'S JUST AWESOME THEY MAKE IT REALLY EASY. OTHER PLACES I SPENT MORE TIME MAKING RESERVATIONS KEEPING UP WITH THE RENT MAKING SURE THAT EVERYTHING GOES RIGHT IN HERE IT'S EFFORTLESS I LOVE IT!! THANKS BEST WESR

The cost of budget motels in the USA has no relationship to the service provided. This is a low end accommodation at a high end price.

The price could have reflected the value - and it was worlds apart.

Centrally located. Easy freeway access. Sided a shuttered Kmart, but just beyond that parking lot were several restaurants and shops. Easy to get a meal. Free breakfast is always great. Being such a hot time of year, having the ice machine was also helpful.

The immediate smell when walking into the room made us turn around to leave, as it seemed to be a smoking room. But then my wife realized it was just extremely musty, likely due to the air conditioning. We didn't change rooms because we were just too exhausted after a 12 hour drive.
